Like our English-Chinese translation, our Chinese-English translation service leverages our ample, well-educated teams of Chinese college graduates.  For many years, English has been a mandatory and highly valued part of the Chinese education system.  In fact, at many schools, English is by far the most important class.  In major cities and especially in Beijing and Shanghai, speaking English is a prerequisite for finding any decent job.  Massive crops of Chinese graduates have found English so important that the English teachng industry is one of the largest and fastest growing in this coutry that boasts such generally robust growth.  From the masses of English speakers, we have chosen the best, most truly fluent people to be our translators.

For China Owl translators, speaking English is not enough, we go further and demand a thorough grasp of foreign culture and customs.  Many of our translators have spent years at school in the US, Canada or Britain.  Our Chinese staff is, thus, quite capable of excellent Chinese-English translation but we are still not satisfied.

After Chinese translators have initially translated and proof-read your documents, we ask our most fluent staff members, whose English is near native to do a final edit.  For our an extra 2 cents/word we also ask a bilingual (English-Chinese)US, British or Canadian college graduate to do the followup edit.

Only then (though within just a few days) do you receive a China Owl certified translation, which means that the language, tone and essence of the original document has been thoroughly translated etween Chinese and English.
